The Zentangle Method is an easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing patterns. Zentangle is a playful and unique way to create and embellish cards, mementoes, scrapbooks, diaries, journals, calendars, or lists. The possibilities are endless! No drawing experience is necessary. All materials are provided and the instructors are CZTs (Certified Zentangle Teachers). Easy step by step instruction. Come add some magic to your everyday life.

Our Community Artist Series aims to connect local artists and artistic education with the Monroe Street Arts Center community and Madison residents. We have invited experienced and passionate local artists who excel in their artistic fields to teach and inspire others. These workshops will include a diverse range of mediums, such as drawing, painting (acrylic, watercolor, etc.), fiber art, and jewelry.

Workshops will be held on the first Friday of each month from October 2023 -  May 2024. Check out other First Friday activities on Monroe Street here!
