Early Childhood Music at Bayview
Early Childhood Art at Bayview

Bayview Foundation has a rich, diverse history of building culture through creative expression and art.

With a need for early childhood education opportunities without the burden of transportation or registration fees, Bayview residents will now be able to participate in free intergenerational arts & music enrichment programming at the Bayview Community Center.

“Community art, placemaking, and cultural programming elevate the voices of the people who live here, increase their connection to each other and the neighborhood, and demonstrate the importance of co-creating social change. ”

— BAYVIEW FOUNDATION

Every Wednesday during the academic school year from 10:30-11:15 am, children ages 2-5 and their caregivers can participate in enrichment programming that will alternate between art and music each week.

Monroe Street Arts Center wishes to broaden the scope of our community and provide opportunities for those lacking access to art and music enrichment experiences. This program opens doors to families that have been out of our reach due to transportation or financial constraints that aren't always resolved through our other free programming.
