How are Camps Billed?

Camps are priced by week. Please view your parent portal for camp fee information. Online registrations require a credit card on file to register. Your card will be automatically charged the day you register.

Do I select a camp based on their current age?

Please be sure to look at the dates of each camp as the system is configured to process enrollments based on the child’s age at the start date of camp. (Example: your student is currently 7 years old but will be turning 8 in May; please be sure to select any of the camps for 8-year-olds.)

Waitlist Policy

There are 6 waitlist spots on each camp; if an opening becomes available, all waitlist families are notified via email, and the spot is given on a first-reply basis. It is highly recommended to make sure info@monroestreetarts.org is on your whitelist to ensure email notifications don't get filtered in your junk or spam mailbox.

How does pick-up and drop-off work?

Students are expected to be signed in and out of camp at the start and completion of each day. If you would like your students to be able to sign themselves in and out, fill out this form.

Why can't my child stay for lunch?

Students under 7 years old during the dates of their camp may attend both morning and afternoon camp, but they cannot stay during the lunch hour due to licensing regulations. If you have any questions, please email info@monroestreetarts.org.

Can my child bring a snack?

Students are encouraged to bring a peanut/tree nut-free snack and/or water bottle to camp each day.

What should my child wear to camp?

During summer camps we ask that the students wear clothing that is ok to get messy and/or possibly stained.

How long will you keep my student's artwork that was left at The Center?

Artwork will be kept until the last day of camps, August 16th.
