Mychela Burkhart

Marketing & Development

Coordinator

She/Her/Hers

Mychela joined Monroe Street Arts Center in the summer of 2023 and quickly found a home here. She has always believed in the power of the arts, both visual art and music, as tools for emotional expression, healing, and mental well-being, and she feels deeply aligned with MSAC’s mission to make the arts accessible and meaningful for the community.

With nearly a decade of experience in marketing and graphic design, Mychela has worked across the event and restaurant industry and the nonprofit sector, using storytelling and design to support causes close to her heart. When she is not glued to her computer, you may find her leading a workshop or two!

When she is not at MSAC, she is most likely renovating her 1972 home, which she shares with her husband and two ginger cats, Wesley and Fergus.
