During the school year, we host parties on Friday evenings and Saturday early afternoons.
During the summer, we host parties on select Saturdays.

Each party host gets to choose two instructor-led art projects designed with your theme in mind, an art appetizer, and one main project:

Each party includes 2 hours of fun:
We estimate 90 minutes of hands-on art led by an MSAC instructor,
followed by 30 minutes for cake, singing, and celebration!
Our parties are designed for kids turning 5 and up.
The base Summer Party package is $275 and includes art projects for up to 16 participants.
Additional guests are $17 each, and we can accommodate a maximum of 16 kids.
The classroom reservation, instructor-led art projects, all art supplies, take-home creations, and a special gift for the birthday kid!
Yes! You're welcome to bring cake, beverages, decorations, party plates, and napkins. Please note: MSAC is a peanut- and tree-nut-free facility.
MSAC can provide carts to assist you in bringing items from your vehicle inside.
You may arrive 15 minutes early for setup and have 15 minutes afterward for packing up.
Cancel 14+ days before the party: full refund minus a 20% admin fee
Cancel less than 14 days before: 50% refund
Cancel day-of: no refund
If you need to reschedule let us know as early as possible—we’ll do our best to find a new date, but rescheduling is not guaranteed.
If your child is sick, or there is inclement weather we’ll do our best to reschedule, though this is not guaranteed.
A final headcount is due 5 business days prior to the party to ensure we have ample art supplies for your project.
We will take a headcount the day of the party for accurate invoicing. Final payment will be billed 1-2 days following the party.
Please remind guests to dress for mess! Most materials are washable, but we can’t promise everything will come out. We do have aprons that your guests can borrow to help protect their clothing.
At least one grown-up of the birthday kid must be present. Other adults are welcome to drop off or stay in the lobby or room as space allows. MSAC staff do not assume liability—Birthday party hosts and grown-ups are responsible for all the kids and guests attending the party.
